Here to make med school less stressful
While there are many ways to improve medical student wellbeing and combat burnout, one avenue that is overlooked is providing increased social support via peer-advising.
Medical school is already very fragmented and it can often be hard to get in touch with older peers, especially as students are scattered across different hospitals in the Bay.
Institutional advice and experiences of peers is so important. This site is dedicated to capturing information and advice from older UCSF medical students and making it available to all. We’ve already surveyed/interviewed dozens of graduating MS4s to inform this website and will continue to build it out!

Peer advice has been instrumental in my medical school journey, and I’m dedicated to paying it forward!
It can be hard to know who to reach out to for advice, let alone have the time to do so. I’m passionate capturing institutional knowledge from a large-scale of UCSF med students and making it available to current/future students in attempt to make the medical experience more fruitful and less stressful!

I'm passionate about everything pediatrics! On campus, I'm involved in various activities, from conducting research in pediatrics to being an active member of the Pediatric Interest Group, Reach Out and Read, Hearing Health Lessons, and POCUS. I also serve as an Admissions Ambassador and sing with UCSF's interdisciplinary a cappella group, Vocal Chords!
Outside of school, I love to sing, dance, watch musicals, bake, read, travel, play piano, ski, and go on adventures around the Bay Area
